Final Draft of the Gold Standards of Professional Practice for Senior Living Communities

The National Association of Association of Senior Advocates has issued the final draft of the NAOSA Gold Standards of Professional Practice™ for Senior Living Communities.  These standards were derived after multiple years of research and through interviews with various professionals serving in senior living.

The NAOSA Gold Standards of Professional Practice are designed to be both pro-consumer and pro-ethical business. They are designed to be a guide for consumers to assist in ensuring a positive experience when working with a senior living community.  The Gold Standards are equally created to be a useful tool to assist quality communities in differentiating themselves.
